The Rainbow Centre Celebrates Ten Years

The Rainbow Centre at RAF Marham held an event day on Friday to celebrate its 10th Anniversary.

The nursery children were joined by parents, staff, personnel from RAF Marham and students from Marham Infant and Marham Junior Schools to enjoy a variety of activities on offer throughout the morning.

Children joined in with the colourful Bhangra Dancers, sang along with the Mariachi Trio, took part in the Bubble Workshops and other activities and enjoyed free ice cream courtesy of BFBS.

3½ year old Owyn Tristram said his favourite part was the “Dancing men” and 3¾  year old Charlotte Swift was looking forward to “ the ice cream.”

Centre manager Dee Gent said “Today is a culmination of ten years of working hard together with staff, parents and children to ensure that everything we do helps the children to learn through play and have the best possible start in life.”
