RAF Marham Photography Club

“Today everything exists to end in a photograph” – Susan Sontag

They say a picture is worth a 1,000 words, I don’t know about you but a lot of my photos just say snapshot! Which is why I started the RAF Marham Photography Club. I wanted to improve my photos, and get out and about with my camera and like minded people.

The club has been running for about a year now and it has a few regulars, but we are looking for new members to come along and either learn new things or possibly even teach the rest of us something new.

It doesn’t matter what camera you use, all we ask is that you enjoy using it and want to improve. We are also coming up with some plans with the Dark Room and Photographic Section to possibly give us lessons and tips.

The club is open to serving personnel, their families and MoD civilians. Dependants need to be over 16 or accompanied by an adult.

The next meeting is Wednesday 18th September.

If you would like to get involved or know someone who would then please contact SAC Dan Howes on II Sqn Ext: 3423.
