Battle of Britain Parade

Cromer Battle of Britain Sunset Ceremony.

Last month saw RAF Marham Exercising the Freedom of Norwich combined with a Battle of Britain Parade outside City Hall in Norwich.

At the same time a number of other parades and ceremonies took place across the County.

This year saw a change of location for the parade which normally takes place at Norwich County Hall, this year taking place in Cromer as renovation work continues at County Hall. There was tremendous support from the crowds at all events, but in particular at Cromer where a Spitfire flew across the seafront, to cheers from the on lookers.
