Autumn Courses in the Library

The Marham Library is now gearing itself up for the autumn season of courses.

The new autumn Library course programme is in the process of being agreed with a number of new additions that will hopefully be of interest to all within the Marham Community.

Courses being planned and already agreed:
Learning Through Play: 10 weeks commencing Thursday 19th September from 9.30am till 11.30am
Story Sacks: 11 weeks commencing Thursday 19th September from 12.45pm till 2.45pm
Book Club: This is a new club being organised by the County Library service who will provide the subject book for review. Details of the first book will be published shortly on the Marham Hub webpage. The Club will meet the third Tuesday of each month commencing 15th October from 7.30pm till 9pm
Homework Club: This is still being planned but aimed at year 7 and above. It is hoped to have in place for the autumn school term and will meet in the Monday and Thursday evenings between 6.30pm till 8.30pm.
Curriculum Club: This is aimed again at children in year 7 and above and will be geared towards providing a selection of books that meet the requirements of the curriculum being studied in each of the school years.

The new library membership system is also now in operation and all existing and new members are requested to visit either the library or the Hive to register.
Finally, the library is still seeking volunteers to help maintain and keep it running and anybody interested in helping is asked to contact OC CSF on Ext: 7491 for further details.
